Sherrie Yvonne Kirkhart

Sherrie Yvonne (Wilson) Kirkhart, 62, of Horseshoe Bend, Arkansas, passed away Thursday, August 27, 2020 at her home in Horseshoe Bend.

She was born in Chicago, Illinois on March 20, 1958, daughter of the late Kenneth and Shirley (Daniels) Wilson. Sherrie spent her life as a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. She was united in marriage to Michael A. Kirkhart on November 15, 1983 in San Bernardino, California. Sherrie served our country in the United States Navy and was an aviation ordnanceman. After her discharge from the Navy, Sherrie was a cook and was a CNA at the nursing home in Horseshoe Bend. Sherrie loved butterflies, frogs, and rescue dogs and enjoyed knitting. She was a member of Shepherd’s Chapel in Gravette, Arkansas.

Sherrie is survived by her husband, Michael Kirkhart of Horseshoe Bend, Arkansas; son, Jason Robertson and wife Linda of Horseshoe Bend, Arkansas; brother, Kevin Wilson of California; three grandchildren; cousin, Kim of Alton, Missouri and her very best friend, Chriss Johnson of Horseshoe Bend, Arkansas.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Kenneth and Shirley Wilson; one grandson; two brothers, Keith Mardis and Harold Mardis and many other family members.

Memorial service will be held at a later date.
