Mark Robert Howell

Mark Robert Howell, 53, Horseshoe Bend, Arkansas, passed away, Wednesday, February 26th, at Fulton County Hospital, in Salem, AR. Mark was born in, Michigan on March 4, 1960, a son of the late Rose Marie (Flagel) and Herbert Dale Howell. He spent his working years as a contractor. Mark is survived by his fiance, Judy Howell of the home, two sons, Jeffrey and wife Codi and Trystin Howell both of Horseshoe Bend, Arkansas; three sisters, Darcey Haper, Janice Howell and Sidney Watts all of Michigan; and 10 grandchildren. He is proceeded in death by his spouse Bonnie and one brother Ernest Howell. There are no services at this time.
