Johnnie Baca

Johnnie A Baca, 91, of Salem, Arkansas, passed away, Sunday, January 31, 2021 in Salem.

He was born in Cost, Texas on September 13, 1929, son of the late Rudolph and Agnes (Lomgic) Baca. Johnnie spent his life as a loving son, brother, husband, father, grandfather, and friend. He was united in marriage to his loving wife Georgene Taylor on December 15, 2018 in Horseshoe Bend, Arkansas. Johnnie loved the Lord with his whole heart and attended Pentecostal Lighthouse Church. He loved yard work and being outside. Johnnie enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and his fur babies.

Johnnie is survived by his wife, Georgene Baca; daughters, Tracy Kenefick and husband David, Bonna Dodge and husband Mark, Dawn Foreman and husband Randy and Sheila Taylor Islas; grandchildren, Charity Arrington, Tyleigh Stidham, Jeremy Dunklee, Ryan Borg, Billy Perkins, Tommy Perkins, Nicholas Taylor and Christian Islas and 11 great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his daughter, Cathy Miller; parents, Rudolph and Agnes Baca; sisters, Julie Baca and Frances Baca and brothers, Willie Baca and Angas Baca.

Pallbearers include: Billy Perkins, Ryan Borg, Randy Foreman, Evan Stidham, John Arrington, Andrew Cunningham and Nicholas Taylor

Funeral Services will be held, Thursday, February 4, 2021 at Doty Family Funeral & Memorial Service Chapel in Horseshoe Bend, Arkansas beginning at 11:00 AM with Bro. Mark Dodge officiating. Interment will follow at Shiloh Cemetery in Ash Flat, Arkansas. Visitation will be prior to the service beginning at 10:00 AM.
