John Joseph Simard JR

John Joseph Simard, JR, 76, of Horseshoe Bend, AR, passed away, Friday, June 20th, at White River Medical Center in Batesville, Arkansas. He was born in Baldwin Park, California on October 1, 1937, a son of the late Blanche Bell Kipper Simard and John Joseph Simard, SR. John was united in marriage to Linda Joan Marshall on October 19, 1973 in La Veine, California. He served our country in the U.S. Navy. John spent his working years working in the aerospace industry. He was active in league bowling. John is survived by his wife, Linda of the home; one son, John Joseph Simard III; one daughter, Stacy Alberson; two step daughters, Kristina Rupe and Krissy Campbell; one brother, Bobby Simard; one sister in law, Nona Simard; one nephew, James Simard; and 15 grandchildren. He is proceeded in death by his parents; two brothers, Les and Leon Simard and one sister Ann Grego. Services are pending and will be at the Faith Presbyterian Church in Horseshoe Bend, Arkansas.
