Herman Ray Mullins Herman Ray Mullins, 63, of Oxford, AR, passed away, Wednesday, February 12th, at Baxter Regional Medical Center in Mountain Home, Arkansas. He was born in Newport, Arkansas on January 4, 1951, a son of the late Verna (Teague) and Boyd Mullins. Herman was united in marriage to Deborah Burleigh in Newport, Arkansas. He spent his life working as a construction worker. Herman is survived by his spouse, Deborah of the home; two sons, Boyd Ray Mullins and wife Beth of Wynne, Arkansas; and Clay Mullins and wife Brandy of Jonesboro, Arkansas; one daughter, Jamie Mullins of the home; three sisters, Rosemary Miller of Gulf Port, Florida; Martha Smith of Newport, Arkansas; and Donna Bedwell of Newport, Arkansas; two brothers, Sonny Mullins of Searcy, Arkansas; and Lonnie Mullins of Tuckerman, Arkansas; and 4 grandchildren, Patrick Mullins, Reyann Mullins, Railynn Mullins and Sydallee Mullins. He was proceeded in death by his parents and one brother, Marion "Cotton" Mullins.
