Charity Skinfill

Charity Fae Skinfill, 86, of Horseshoe Bend, Arkansas passed away Tuesday, September 5th, 2017 in Horseshoe Bend.

She was born in Smithville, Arkansas on February 26, 1931,  daughter of the late Bess (Howe) and Floyd  Croom. Charity spent her life as a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. During her working years she was a grapher for El Paso Natural Gas Company. 

Charity is survived by her daughters, Jennifer Kroll and husband John of Horseshoe Bend, Cynthia Hinesley and husband Larry of New Mexico and Penny Schinagel and husband Gary of New Mexico and by her son Carson Garrett and wife Vicki of Muskegan, Michigan; sisters, Jannette Morgan of Lynn, Arkansas and Thelma Harvey of Rockford, Illinois and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her 1st husband, Elmo Garrett; 2nd husband, Arthur Skinfill and parents, Bess and Floyd Croom.
