Carol Ann Wallace

Carol Ann Wallace, 78, of Horseshoe Bend, Arkansas, passed away, June 11, 2019 at Fulton County Hospital in Salem, Arkansas.

She was born in Flint, Michigan on August 27, 1940, daughter of the late Chester and Anna Mae (Letbetter) Bolen. Carol spent her life as a loving daughter, wife, mother, grandmother and friend. She was united in marriage to the late Charles J. Wallace in Paragould, Arkansas. Carol spent her working years as a Homemaker.  She was a member of the Assembly of God Church.

Carol is survived by her children, Guy Clinton Woodworth of Richmond, Texas, John David Woodworth of Louisiana, James Carroll Woodworth of Horseshoe Bend, Arkansas, William Bruce Woodworth of Macomb, Mississippi; stepchildren, Charles Wallace Jr. of Niceville, Florida, Angela Washington of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Tara Robinson of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Dori Wallace of Paragould, Arkansas; two grandchildren that she helped raise, Toby Wallace and Cody Wallace; 16 grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents and a son, Robert Wayne Woodworth.

Memorial services will be held at a later date.
