Carmen Maria Parker, 27, of Horseshoe Bend, Arkansas, entered into Glory on May 24, 2020.
She was born on August 30, 1992 in Newport, Arkansas, the daughter of Rebbecca Reeves.
Carmen had a heart of gold, never meeting a stranger. She enjoyed making people feel loved and appreciated. She loved deeply and never hesitated to share love with everyone she met. She enjoyed crafting, listening to music, dancing, and spending time with her family. Carmen was a member of Shiloh Assembly of God in Brockwell, Arkansas. She loved Jesus and shared the gospel often.
She is survived by one biological brother, David Stone and three adoptive siblings; brother, Jarrod Parker of Lakewood, Colorado; sister and brother-in-law, Shawn and Wendell Collins of Park Hill Oklahoma, and sister and brother-in-law, Amy and Brian Gilbreath of Salem, Arkansas; 3 nephews and a host of family and friends.
She is preceded in death by her adoptive mother, Janie Parker; maternal grandmother, Mary Smith; maternal grandfather, Dearl Smith and a nephew William Collins.
A memorial service will be planned at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that all donations be made to Doty Family Funeral & Memorial Service to assist with funeral expenses.
