Billy Joe Raby

Billy Joe Raby, 76, of Melbourne, Arkansas, passed away Friday, January 12th, 2018 at White River Medical Center in Batesville, Arkansas.

He was born in Manila, Arkansas on April 21st, 1941. Billy was the son of the late Starlin and Hattie (Cantrell) Raby. He spent his life as a loving son, brother, husband, father, grandfather and friend. Billy was united in marriage to Alice F. Hall in Melbourne, Arkansas. During his working years he worked as a mechanic.

Billy is survived by his wife Alice F. Hall, of Melbourne; sons, Ricky Raby and wife Macy and Tony Raby and wife Tammy; five step children, Casey, Kathy, James, Thomas and Pamela; two grandsons, Matthew Raby and Mac Raby and 24 brothers and sisters.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Starlin and Hattie Raby.
